Overview
Event Overview

‘Devolution is a process. It is not an event, and neither is it a journey with a fixed end-point.’ The landscape of devolution in the UK is constantly changing and staying informed on the latest developments is crucial to ensure successful policy outcomes.

Join Westminster Insight’s Devolved Administrations Online Training to understand how current policy is expected to impact the distribution of power across the UK, and the processes used to make complex decisions.

You will have the opportunity to discuss the lessons learned from COVID-19 and Brexit, hear an update on the UK Internal Market Act, future funding allocations, and legislation affecting devolved administrations.

Our moderator and speakers will share best practice and explore solutions to encourage positive intergovernmental working across the devolved administrations, promote collaboration across the UK, and devolution proof your policy.

In Parliament he served on Finance and Constitution, Social Security, and Covid-19 Committees, before becoming Convener of the Justice Committee in 2020. Since leaving Parliament Adam has been appointed as a Senior Fellow at Policy Exchange (the London-based think tank) and he has a regular column in the Herald.
